Ingredients

2 cups assorted granola (choose your favorite mix)

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup mixed nuts (walnuts, almonds, or pecans), roughly chopped

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup dried fruits (like cranberries, blueberries, or raisins)

1 tsp vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you want to toast your granola mix for added crunch. Spread the granola on a baking sheet in an even layer and toast for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through. If using pre-toasted granola, skip this step.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth and well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Add the toasted granola, chopped nuts, chocolate chips (if using), and dried fruits into the yogurt mixture. Gently fold until everything is well coated with the yogurt.

Shape the Clusters: Using a tablespoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and form them into clusters. Place each cluster on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out slightly to prevent sticking.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer. Allow the clusters to freeze for at least 3–4 hours, or until completely firm.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them as a quick snack, breakfast addition, or dessert treat straight from the freezer!
