Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/3 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts (for topping)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (for topping)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate hazelnut spread, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.

Prepare Muffin Tray: Line a muffin tray with silicone or paper liners. If using a silicone tray, there's no need for liners.

Fill the Cups: Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly into each cup, filling them about 3/4 full to allow for expansion as they freeze. Tap the tray gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts and mini chocolate chips evenly over the top of each yogurt cup. Gently press them down into the yogurt mixture for better adhesion.

Freeze: Place the muffin tray in the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Remove from Tray: Once frozen, carefully remove the yogurt cups from the tray by gently pulling on the liner or pressing on the bottom of a silicone tray.

Serve: Allow the cups to sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Enjoy your delightful homemade frozen treats!
