Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Chopped peanuts or chocolate chips for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks. Place them in a blender or food processor.

Blend the Mixture: Add the peanut butter, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt to the blender with the bananas. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust: Taste your mixture. If you prefer it sweeter, feel free to add more honey or maple syrup and blend again.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top as the pops will expand when frozen.

Insert Sticks: If your molds come with sticks, insert them into the mixture. If not, wait about 30 minutes after placing in the freezer, then insert wooden popsicle sticks once they start to firm up.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Unmold the Pops: To remove the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.

Serve and Garnish (Optional): If desired, you can sprinkle chopped peanuts or chocolate chips on top before serving for added texture and flavor. Enjoy your delicious frozen treat!
