1 cup almond butter (natural, unsweetened)

1/2 cup pure maple syrup or honey

1/2 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup dark cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, flaked coconut, or sea salt

Instructions
 

Prepare the Baking Dish: Line an 8x8 inch square baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.

    Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond butter, maple syrup (or honey), melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.

      Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add the coconut flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt to the wet ingredients. Stir with a spatula until well incorporated. The dough should be thick but not crumbly.
