1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon honey (or agave syrup for vegan option)

Salt and pepper to taste

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and diced cucumber. Make sure you gently mix these ingredients to avoid mashing the avocados.
