1 lb (450g) sirloin steak or ribeye, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika (smoked or sweet)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: A splash of Worcestershire sauce
