Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1 lime

1 small garlic clove (minced)

For the Tacos:

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup crumbled queso fresco or feta cheese

Sliced jalapeños (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

    - In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lime juice to create a marinade.
