1 cup raw almonds

1 cup raw walnuts

1 cup pecan halves

1 cup honey-roasted peanuts

1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup mixed chocolate chips (dark and milk)

1/2 cup honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix the Nuts: In a large mixing bowl, combine the raw almonds, walnuts, pecan halves, and pumpkin seeds.

      Prepare the Honey Mixture: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, sea salt, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until smooth and heated through, ensuring everything is well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Pour the honey mixture over the nut mix in the large bowl. Stir well to coat all the nuts evenly.

          Spread on Baking Sheet: Transfer the nut mixture to the lined baking sheet and spread it evenly. Use a spatula to press the mixture down slightly to create more clusters as it bakes.

            Bake: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through to ensure even browning. Keep an eye on it to prevent burning; you want a golden color.

              Cool and Combine: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the mixture cool completely on the sheet. Once cooled, add the honey-roasted peanuts, dried cranberries, and chocolate chips to the nut mixture. Stir gently to combine.
