¼ cup melted coconut oil (or butter)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures your pita chips will become perfectly crispy.

    Prepare the Pitas: Carefully cut each whole wheat pita into eighths, creating triangle-shaped chips. You can separate the pita rounds for extra crispiness if desired.

      Mix the Coating: In a small bowl, combine the granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until fully combined.

        Coat the Pita Chips: In a large mixing bowl, drizzle the melted coconut oil (or butter) over the pita triangles. If you're using honey and vanilla extract, add them at this stage. Toss the pita chips gently until they are evenly coated in the liquid.
