Ingredients

2 cups unsalted peanuts (roasted)

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup milk chocolate chips

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crispy rice cereal

Optional: 1/4 cup mini marshmallows for extra fluffiness

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients: Start by gathering all your ingredients and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth. Ensure you do not overheat, as chocolate can seize easily.

Combine Ingredients: Once the chocolate is melted, stir in the sea salt and vanilla extract for enhanced flavor. Add the roasted peanuts to the bowl and mix until they are well coated with the chocolate.

Add Crunch: Carefully fold in the crispy rice cereal. If you're using mini marshmallows, gently mix them in now. This will add an extra delightful texture to your clusters.

Form Clusters: Using a tablespoon or a small cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave some space between each cluster as they will spread slightly.

Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set and firm to touch.

Serve: Once set, remove the clusters from the refrigerator and enjoy them as a sweet snack or dessert. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 45 minutes | Servings: About 24 clusters
