Ingredients

1 package (9 oz) of refrigerated cheese-filled ravioli

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

2 eggs

1 cup all-purpose flour

Olive oil spray (for frying)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Breading Station: Set up three shallow dishes. In the first, place the flour; in the second, beat the eggs; in the third, mix the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and paprika together.

Cook the Ravioli: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Carefully add the ravioli and cook according to package instructions (usually 3-5 minutes) until they float to the surface. Drain the ravioli and allow them to cool for a few minutes.

Bread the Ravioli: Take each ravioli and dip it first in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip it in the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with the bread crumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange and Spray: Place the breaded ravioli on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil to ensure they become crispy during baking.

Bake the Ravioli: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the ravioli are golden brown and crispy. Make sure to flip them halfway through for even crispiness.

Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.
