1 lb chicken tenders

1 cup buttermilk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

2 tsp ranch seasoning mix

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

Olive oil (for frying)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken tenders in a bowl and pour buttermilk over them. Ensure the chicken is fully submerged. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for tenderizing.

    Prepare the Breading Station: In one shallow dish, combine flour, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another dish, place the panko breadcrumbs.

      Bread the Chicken: Remove chicken from buttermilk, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Dredge each tender in the seasoned flour first, ensuring it's completely coated. Shake off any excess, then dip back into the buttermilk, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
