1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1/2 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

    Prepare the Tortilla: Place the large flour tortilla on a cutting board. Brush one side generously with olive oil.

      Season the Tortilla: Sprinkle the garlic powder, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using) evenly over the oiled side of the tortilla.

        Add Cheese and Pepperoni: Flip the tortilla over, oiled side down. Evenly spread the shredded mozzarella cheese over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

          Bake: Carefully transfer the tortilla onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the tortilla are golden brown.
