12 oz jumbo pasta shells

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
