Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped (adjust based on heat preference)

1/4 cup fresh jalapeño, finely diced (optional, for extra heat)

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

1 tbsp olive oil (if using breadcrumbs for topping)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until creamy and well-blended.

Add the Heat: Fold in the chopped pickled jalapeños, diced fresh jalapeño (if using), sliced green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Prepare for Baking: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (about 8x8 inches works well). If you like a crunchy topping, combine the Panko breadcrumbs with olive oil in a small bowl, then sprinkle it evenly over the dip.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is lightly golden (if using breadcrumbs).

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Optionally, top with additional green onions or a sprinkle of paprika for color. Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or sliced veggies.
