1 cup heavy cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Lime wedges (for serving)
