Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt (full-fat or low-fat)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 medium banana, sliced

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts) for garnish

Optional: Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Mix the Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir well using a whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare the Fruit: Rinse the mixed berries under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice the banana into thin rounds.

Assemble the Dip: Gently fold the berries and banana slices into the yogurt mixture until evenly distributed, being careful not to break the fruit.

Chill: Cover the dip with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the dip to cool.

Serve: After chilling, give the dip a quick stir. Transfer it to a serving bowl and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top. For a fresh touch, add a few mint leaves for garnish.

Enjoy: Serve with an assortment of dippables such as fresh fruit slices, graham crackers, or pretzels.
