Creamy Cilantro Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, etc.)

1 medium avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Optional: jalapeño slices for some heat

Prepare the Cilantro Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

    Mix the Chicken: In a separate bowl, add the shredded chicken and pour half of the cilantro sauce over it. Toss to coat the chicken evenly with the sauce.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the whole wheat tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cilantro sauce on each tortilla, leaving about an inch from the edges.

        Add Fillings: On each tortilla, place a handful of mixed greens in the center, followed by a portion of the cilantro chicken, slices of avocado, and cherry tomato halves. If you like it spicy, add jalapeño slices.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, encasing the filling securely. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
