8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice (penne or fettuccine work great)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Red pepper flakes to taste (optional)

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown, around 6-8 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
