2 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

2 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen, thawed)

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (for topping)

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Pasta: If you haven’t already, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Cook the Broccoli: In a large pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccoli florets for about 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and shock in cold water to stop the cooking. Set aside.

        Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini, shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13 inch (or similar size) baking dish, spreading it evenly.

            Add Cheese and Breadcrumbs: Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan evenly over the top. In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with olive oil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer for a crunchy topping.

              Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil (avoid touching the cheese), and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
