2 ripe avocados

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
