3 ripe peaches, diced

1 cup of fresh blueberries

1 cup of strawberries, sliced

1 cup of mango, diced

1 cucumber, diced

½ red bell pepper, finely chopped

½ cup of feta cheese, crumbled

¼ cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped

¼ cup of honey-lime dressing (1 tablespoon honey mixed with juice of 1 lime)

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ¼ cup of toasted walnuts or pecans for crunch

Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, combine honey and lime juice. Stir until well mixed and set aside.
