Ingredients

1 large square of pre-made pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup diced cucumber

1 cup diced bell peppers (mixed colors for vibrancy)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions

Prepare the Pizza Crust: If using homemade pizza crust, bake according to your recipe or package instructions until golden brown. Let it cool completely before using. If pre-made, just set aside.

Make the Cream Cheese Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix well until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Spread the Base: Once the pizza crust has cooled, place it on a cutting board or serving platter. Evenly spread the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the crust using a spatula.

Add the Veggies: Begin layering the shredded carrots, diced cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and red onion over the cream cheese layer. Make sure to distribute the vegetables evenly for a balanced flavor.

Garnish: Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the top for a pop of color and freshness. If desired, add red pepper flakes for some heat.

Chill: Cover the veggie pizza with plastic wrap or place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld and the mixture firm up a bit.

Cut and Serve: Once ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap and cut the pizza into squares or rectangles for easy serving. Enjoy chilled!
