12 oz rotini pasta (or your favorite pasta shape)

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1 cup ranch dressing

1/2 cup sour cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: shredded cheddar cheese for garnish
