1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

2 large eggs

1/2 cup cold brew coffee

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Whipped cream, for topping

Chocolate syrup, for drizzling

Crushed nuts or sprinkles, for garnish

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan and set it aside.

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together until well combined.

      Prepare Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, cold brew coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.

        Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the wet ingredients. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix! If you’re using chocolate chips, fold them in carefully.

          Pour into Pan: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs (not wet batter).

              Cool and Cut: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cool, cut them into small squares or use a round cutter for bowl-dedicated shapes.
