1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)

1/2 cup raisins or cranberries (optional)

Cinnamon sugar (for dusting: 2 tablespoons granulated sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.

    Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.

      Sift Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
