2 plain bagels (preferably day-old)

1/4 cup of unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

2 medium apples (such as Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), cored and sliced into wedges

1/4 cup caramel sauce (for dipping)

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for a healthy dip)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare Bagels: Cut each bagel into thin chips (about 1/2-inch slices). The thinner the slices, the crispier the chips will become.

      Make Cinnamon Sugar: In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon until well combined.
