Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat or whole)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

A pinch of sea salt (optional)

1/4 cup crushed nuts (such as almonds or walnuts, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the dark chocolate chips. Microwave in short bursts of 20 seconds, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Spread the Yogurt: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the parchment and spread it into an even layer, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.

Drizzle with Chocolate: Using a spoon or a piping bag, drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt layer in a swirl pattern. You can also use a toothpick to create a marbled effect if desired.

Top with Strawberries: Evenly distribute the sliced strawberries on top of the yogurt and chocolate. If you like, sprinkle the crushed nuts and a pinch of sea salt over the entire surface for added texture and flavor.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours, or until the yogurt bark is completely firm.

Break and Serve: Once frozen, remove the bark from the freezer and carefully peel it off the parchment paper. Break it into pieces using your hands or a knife.

Store: Store any leftover pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
