2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

4 large romaine lettuce leaves

1/2 cup Caesar dressing, plus extra for drizzling

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup croutons, crushed

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

4 whole wheat tortillas (10-inch)

Lemon wedges, for garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: If not using pre-cooked chicken, grill or bake chicken breasts until fully cooked. Allow to cool and shred or dice into bite-sized pieces.
