Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

20 jumbo pasta shells

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (plus extra for topping)

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Carefully add the jumbo pasta shells and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

      Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

        Stuff the Shells: Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture into each shell. Place the stuffed shells, opening side up, in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

          Add Alfredo Sauce: Pour the Alfredo sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, making sure they are well covered. Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese on top for a cheesy finish.
