Ingredients

2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded

3 cups refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8-10 biscuits)

1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons garlic butter (melted)

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon garlic powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan generously with cooking spray or butter.

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with ½ cup of the Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Prepare the Biscuit Dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

Coat the Biscuits: In a separate bowl, toss the biscuit pieces with the melted garlic butter until they're coated.

Layer the Monkey Bread: Layer half of the biscuit pieces into the bottom of the greased bundt pan. Spoon half of the chicken mixture over the top. Add the remaining biscuit pieces, then top with the remaining chicken mixture. Drizzle the remaining Alfredo sauce over the top.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. The bread should sound hollow when tapped.

Cool and Serve: Once done, remove the bundt pan from the oven and allow it to cool for about 5-10 minutes. Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving platter so that the monkey bread comes out in one piece.

Garnish and Enjoy: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm. Pull-apart pieces for the ultimate cheesy and savory experience!
