Cheesy Ranch Ground Turkey Casserole

1 lb ground turkey

1 cup uncooked pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1 cup black beans (drained and rinsed)

1 cup diced tomatoes (canned, with juices)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup green onions (sliced, for garnish)

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the uncooked pasta and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

      Brown the Ground Turkey: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the turkey is browned and no longer pink. Break it apart with a spatula as it cooks.

        Add the Ingredients: To the skillet with the ground turkey, stir in the ranch dressing, corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

          Combine Pasta and Mixture: Add the cooked pasta into the skillet with the turkey and ranch mixture. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.

            Transfer to Casserole Dish: Pour the entire mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish. Smooth out the top with a spatula.
