Cheesy Charcuterie Casserole

2 cups cooked pasta (fusilli or penne work well)

1 cup diced salami

1 cup diced pepperoni

1 cup diced smoked ham

1 cup assorted cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, and gouda), shredded

½ cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup marinara sauce

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

Fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for a kick

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, heavy cream, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and smooth.

        Combine Ingredients: To the cheese mixture, add the cooked pasta, diced salami, pepperoni, and smoked ham. Mix until everything is evenly coated. Stir in the shredded mozzarella, cheddar, and gouda, reserving a small amount for topping.

          Add Fresh Ingredients: Gently fold in the cherry tomatoes and black olives into the pasta mixture, ensuring they are well distributed.

            Transfer to Baking Dish: Grease a large casserole dish (about 9x13 inches) and pour the pasta mixture into it. Spread it out evenly.

              Add Toppings: Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top of the casserole. If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes for some heat.

                Bake: Cover the casserole with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
