Ingredients

For the Pasta:

12 oz fettuccine

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

For the Cajun Shrimp:

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Juice of 1 lemon

For the Steak:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Alfredo Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve a cup of pasta water. Drizzle the pasta with olive oil and toss to prevent sticking.

      Prepare the Cajun Shrimp:

        - In a bowl, toss the shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

          - In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

            - Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they become pink and opaque. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and remove from the skillet. Set aside.

              Cook the Steak:

                - In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Season the steak strips with Cajun seasoning as well as salt and pepper.

                  - Cook the steak over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

                    Make the Alfredo Sauce:

                      - In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

                        - Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is achieved.

                          Combine Everything:

                            - Add the cooked fettuccine, Cajun shrimp, and steak to the Alfredo sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and coated with the sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.

                              Serve:

                                - Divide the Cajun shrimp and steak Alfredo pasta among plates. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a vibrant finish. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious meal!
