9 lasagna noodles

2 cups cooked shredded chicken

1 cup buffalo wing sauce

2 cups ricotta cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook Lasagna Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      Prepare Buffalo Chicken Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated with the sauce.

        Prepare Cheese Mixture: In another bowl, combine the ricotta cheese and ranch dressing. Stir until smooth and well integrated.

          Assemble Lasagna Layers:

            - Spread a thin layer of the buffalo chicken mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

              - Place three lasagna noodles on top of the chicken mixture.

                - Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles.

                  - Add half of the remaining buffalo chicken mixture on top.

                    - Sprinkle with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

                      - Repeat the layers: three noodles, the remaining ricotta mixture, the remaining buffalo chicken, and another cup of mozzarella cheese.

                        - Finish with the final three noodles, the rest of the remaining mozzarella cheese, and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

                          Bake the Lasagna: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil (to prevent over-browning) and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15—20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

                            Garnish and Serve: Remove the lasagna from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions before slicing and serving.
