Ingredients

1 cup strawberries, hulled and quartered

1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 medium banana, sliced

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

1 orange, segmented

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Optional: 1/4 cup Greek yogurt for serving

Instructions

Prepare Your Fruits: In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, banana, pineapple, kiwi, and orange segments. Gently toss the fruits together to ensure they are evenly mixed.

Make the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and chopped mint until well blended.

Combine Salad and Dressing: Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits. Gently toss the salad again to coat all the fruits evenly with the dressing, being careful not to mash them.

Chill: To enhance the flavors, cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the salad chill in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Serve: Serve the fruit salad in individual bowls or a large serving dish. If desired, add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top and garnish with additional mint leaves.
