Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup mini chocolate chips

1 banana, sliced

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Butter or cooking spray for grilling

Optional: colorful sprinkles for extra fun

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined and smooth. This will be the sweet spread for your quesadillas.

Assemble the Quesadilla: Lay out two tortillas on a clean surface. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Toppings: On top of the cream cheese mixture, sprinkle a generous tablespoon of mini chocolate chips and arrange banana slices evenly. If you're feeling playful, add some colorful sprinkles over the top!

Top It Off: Place the other two tortillas on top to create a sandwich effect, pressing down gently to secure everything in place.

Cook the Quesadillas: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt a small amount of butter or spray the pan with cooking spray. Carefully place one quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 3–4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3–4 minutes.

Slice and Serve: Once both sides are golden brown, remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges or fun shapes using cookie cutters. Serve warm with extra honey or a drizzle of chocolate syrup for dipping!
