4 large whole grain tortillas or wraps

1 large ripe avocado, sliced

8 strips of crispy bacon (or turkey bacon for a lighter option)

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1 medium tomato, sliced

1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a healthier twist)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: sliced jalapeños for added kick

Optional: fresh herbs such as basil or cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Ingredients: Begin by cooking the bacon until crispy. Place it on a paper towel-lined plate to absorb excess grease. Slice the avocado and tomato, and chop the romaine lettuce.

    Make the Spread: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and Dijon mustard. Stir well until fully blended. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Assemble the Wrap: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of the mayonnaise mixture evenly across the tortilla, leaving a little space at the edges.
