2 cups mixed salad greens (arugula, spinach, and romaine)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup sliced cucumbers

1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained

1/2 cup black olives, pitted and sliced

1/2 cup green olives, pitted and sliced

1 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/2 cup salami, sliced into strips

1/2 cup provolone cheese, diced

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Salt and pepper to taste

Crusty bread or breadsticks, for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the ingredients: Start by washing and drying the salad greens thoroughly. Slice the cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, marinated artichokes, olives, roasted red peppers, salami, provolone cheese, and red onion into the specified sizes.

    Combine the base: In a large salad bowl, layer the mixed salad greens as the base of the antipasto salad.

      Add the toppings: Gently mix in the cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, marinated artichoke hearts, black olives, green olives, roasted red peppers, salami strips, provolone cheese, and red onion.

        Dress the salad: Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined.

          Garnish: Finish by sprinkling the fresh basil leaves on top for added flavor and a pop of color.
